Designed specifically for complete beginners, this program will guide you through the essential exercises of calisthenics, with a special focus on achieving your first pull-up.
This program suits you when:
- You can't do Pull-Ups yet
- You can't do dips yet
- Your overall fitness is at a beginner level
This program will help you to dip your toes into the world of calisthenics. You'll get familiar with a large number of calisthenics exercises. And through progressive overload get stronger by the week.

How long does the program take?
This program takes 13 weeks in total.
What equipment do I need?
To get started with our beginner calisthenics program, you’ll need:
- Pull-Up Equipment: A Pull-Up bar or gymnastic rings. Rings are versatile and can replace the need for a dip bar.
- Resistance Bands: A set of bands (small to large) to assist with Pull-Ups, dips, and other exercises.
- Dip Bar (Optional): Needed for dips and dip holds if you do not use gymnastic rings.
These essentials are all you need to build strength and progress through the program. Optional extras, like a yoga mat, can enhance your routine but aren’t necessary to start.
How much time do I need to invest?
The program consists of 3 months of training. Each training week includes 3 workouts, each lasting around 60 to 75 minutes.
